Thank you for taking the time to consider sponsoring the Chatfield Boys Basketball High School & Youth Program for the 2026–2027 season.

Our program reaches a large and engaged community in the Chatfield area. A few things to consider when partnering with us:

• Our Summer Youth Camp hosts over 120 local families.
• In addition to the 30 families in our high school program, we oversee 25 feeder teams (grades 2–8), representing 200+ additional Chatfield-area families who follow and support our program and its sponsors.
• We have a strong fan base and a video scoreboard in our gym where we can run picture and video ads during 12 varsity home games. Our varsity team is projected to be ranked in the Top 12 next season, which will bring strong attendance and exposure.
• Our social media reach continues to grow, with over 650 followers across our program Instagram accounts. Our posts are frequently shared by the Chatfield Senior High School and Athletic Department pages, which reach nearly 9,000 followers. During the high school season, our content averaged close to 50,000 monthly views.

1. Summer Youth Camp Sponsor — $750
Deadline: April 15
• Logo on Summer Camp t-shirts
• Promotion on our two Instagram pages
• Mention in daily camp emails to parents

2. Winter Youth Program Sponsor — $1,500
• Logo on Summer Camp t-shirts and youth warm-up shirts
• Promotion on Instagram and our website
• Mentions in program emails to families
• Logo featured on our gym video scoreboard
• Recognition during our annual Youth Night varsity game

3. Varsity Arizona Trip Title Sponsor — $2,500
Our varsity team will compete against top programs in Arizona next December.
• Title recognition connected to the trip
• Logo included in all social media posts from the event
• Logo featured on the video scoreboard at all home games

4. Program Sponsor — $500
• Logo and website link on our program website
• Group social media and video scoreboard recognition with other sponsors

All sponsors are welcome to:
• Send giveaways or coupons home with players and families
• Set up a marketing table at a varsity home game
